Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on any plan, no credit card. Your data stays accessible for another 14 days after trial ends in case you need more time to decide.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade any time — we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid time.
What counts as a team member?
Any user with a login to your tenant. Deactivated users don't count. External collaborators on specific projects can be added as guests (free, limited access).
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — 17% off on yearly billing, 50% off for non-profits and education, and volume discounts above 100 seats on Enterprise.
